POOLE Town produced a pre-season score line which raised eyebrows on Friday night as they racked up double figures against Wessex League opposition.
Tom Killick’s troops thumped Portland United 14-1 at Grove Corner, having led 9-0 at half-time against Callum Brooks’s side.
Striker Tony Lee netted five times for Dolphins with the likes of Corby Moore, Luke Burbidge, David Jerrard and Josh Carmichael also on the scoresheet.
Meanwhile, Dolphins begin their Southern League South campaign away at Beaconsfield Town on September 19, after the fixtures for Southern League South were announced.
Wimborne Town will begin their competitive league schedule away at Tiverton.
Dolphins will host Magpies on January 2, 2021 before the reverse fixture on May 3, 2021.
