KATARZYNA MALEC, 38, of Bitterne Road West, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to driving without insurance, failing to stop at the scene of an accident and failing to report an accident. Fined £300 and disqualified for 12 months. One year community order to include 120 hours of unpaid work. Must pay £95 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

PHILIP JOSEPH DAVID STRINGFELLOW, 39, of Denzil Avenue, Netley Abbey. Pleaded guilty to assaulting an emergency worker and using threatening words or behaviour to cause harassment, alarm or distress which was racially aggravated and criminal damage. Two year community order to include 60 days of alcohol abstinence and ten rehabilitation activity days. Must pay £285 compensation, £95 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

JONATHAN WALKER, 52, of Graham Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to failing to surrender to custody and using threatening words or behaviour to cause harassment, alarm or distress. Discharged conditionally for 12 months and fined £25. Ordered to pay £22 victim surcharge and £85 court costs.

KIMBERLY BRIAN WALTON, 63, of Heatherstone Avenue, Dibden Purlieu. Convicted of speeding. Disqualified for six months and fined £165. Ordered to pay £34 victim surcharge.

KRZYSZTOF MALEC, 41, of Bitterne Road West, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to two counts of drink driving, driving with no insurance and while disqualified. Remanded in custody. Adjourned for a pre-sentence report to be prepared.

MATTHEW LEE WHITLOCK, 24, of Outer Circle, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to assault by beating and criminal damage. Remanded on bail. Adjourned for a pre-sentence report to be prepared.

JACK DARREN PHILLIP COLLIER, 25, of Kingsclere Avenue, Southampton. Found guilty of using threatening words or behaviour to cause harassment, alarm or distress. Remanded on bail. Adjourned for a pre-sentence report to be prepared.

MARC CHRISTOPHER CARTY, 36, of Holmsley Close, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to breaching a non-molestation order. Restraining order made for 12 months not to contact his victim or go within 100m of an address in Hinkler Road. Fined £80. Must pay £34 victim surcharge and £50 court costs.

AMY SUSAN DANIELS, 27, of Wharncliffe Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to sending voice messages that were grossly offensive, or of an indecent, obscene or menacing character, and assault by beating. Community order made for 18 months to include 30 rehabilitation days. Fined £200. Ordered to pay £95 victim surcharge and £50 court costs.

FABIAN MCDERMOTT, 51, of Penrose Street, Southwick, London. Admitted breaching his bail conditions. Bail revoked and remanded in custody.

KELLY ANN DIGNAM, 31, of Kern Close, Southampton. Admitted breaching a community order and breaking bail conditions. Community order revoked.
