A MAN has been banned from a Southampton road under a domestic violence court order.
Richard Basden must not enter Albert Road North.
The 34-year-old of Canute Road, Southampton. has been made the subject of a domestic violence protection order.
It means he must not contact or communicate with a woman the order aims to protect, directly or indirectly.
Basden must not threaten violence against her, harass her, or pester her in any way.
An application for the order was made by Hampshire Constabulary and granted by Portsmouth Magistrates' Court.
It lasts 28 days and will expire at midnight on July 12 this year.
