The following cases have been heard at Southampton Magistrates' Court...

PIOTR PIETROWSKI, 52, of Chilton Green, Southampton pleaded guilty to drink driving a Renault Clio on Harbour Parade, Southampton. He was caught with 121 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath. He was given an eight-week sentence suspended for 24 months with 25 rehabilitation days and a 29-month driving ban. Pietrowski was ordered to pay a £154 surcharge.

LEEVAN SHARMA, 36, of Saltmead, Southampton pleaded guilty to three counts of harassment in breach of a restraining order. He was jailed for 12 weeks. 

TERRY CONNOLLY, 44, of Lawn Road, Southampton admitted to using threatening or abusive words or behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress. He was fined £100.

DEMI-LEIGH ANDERSON, 20, of Cranbury Place, Southampton pleaded guilty to causing £150 worth of criminal damage to an iPhone. Anderson received a 12-month conditional discharge and must pay £150 compensation. 

DEIVIDAS MANKEVICIUS, 32, of Blackberry Terrace, Southampton was found guilty of driving without insurance and driving without a licence on the M20 in Wrotham, Kent. He was driving a Mercedes Sprinter van at the time. He was banned from driving for six months and fined £250. Mankevicius received six points on his licence and was ordered to pay £300 court costs and a £100 surcharge. 

KATE CURTIS, 44, of Coombe Lane West, Kingston Upon Thames was convicted of speeding on the M27 westbound between junction ten and nine near Fareham. She was caught at 98mph by an automatic camera device. Curtis was fined £450 and received five points on her licence. She must also pay a £180 surcharge. 

ADAM WHITE, 39, of Desborough Road, Eastleigh was convicted of failing to give information relating to the identification of a driver. He was fined for £660 and received six points on his licence. White was also ordered to pay £110 court costs and a £264 surcharge.
