Osmond fans are getting the chance to take afternoon tea with the legendary band's lead singer.

Merrill Osmond is coming out of retirement for a farewell UK tour and his final stop will be at The Concorde Club, Eastleigh on September 29.

The music icon will have afternoon tea with fans in the club's heated garden marquee followed by a Q and A session.

Later Merrill, whose career spans more than 60 years, will step on stage for his final solo show on UK soil showcasing multi-million hits like Love Me For A Reason, Goin' Home and Crazy Horses.

He will talk about his experiences of growing up in one of the world's biggest bands, the famous people he has met and how he penned so many jukebox hits.

With his brothers, Merrill has sung lead on 27 gold records.
