Two exciting new acts have been added to the star-studded list of headliners for Southampton Summer Sessions.

Paloma Faith and AIR join the jam-packed line-up for the inaugural music series in the city.

They join previously announced acts Tom Jones, Madness, Nile Rodgers & CHIC and Sophie Ellis-Bextor who will take over Southampton’s Guildhall Square on selected nights from June 15 to 30.

French electronic duo AIR will take to the stage on June 27, with the Grammy-awarding wining pair set to perform hits from their Moon Safari album.

Paloma Faith is set to bring her distinctive blend of lavish pop on June 28.

Faith rose to fame with her 2009 debut album, ‘Do You Want the Truth or Something Beautiful?’.

Southampton Summer Sessions guests can anticipate hearing tracks from her upcoming sixth studio album 'The Glorification of Sadness’, alongside beloved favourites such as 'Only Love Can Hurt Like This' and 'Lullaby’.

Tom Jones is leading the impressive line-up, with the It’s Not Unusual singer performing on June 15.

Ska legends Madness will perform hits like Our House and Baggy Trousers to audiences the following night.

Nile Rodgers & CHIC will play on June 23, while Indie rockers Kaiser Chiefs will bring the curtain down on the festival series on June 30.

Vibrant Australian duo Royel Otis will support Kaiser Chiefs.
