AN ELDERLY woman from Salisbury has been left seriously injured after a crash on Fordingbridge High Street.
The incident occurred between 2.25pm and 2.35 pm on Thursday, December 8 outside Belinda’s Bakery and Coffee House.
It is thought that a light-coloured 4x4 vehicle was involved.
The 91-year-old woman sustained serious injuries and was taken to the hospital.
Police are appealing for anyone who witnessed the incident or noticed a 4x4 vehicle being driven around the area at this time to come forward.
The police would like anyone who saw an elderly pedestrian walking prior to the incident or anyone with dash cam footage to contact them.
The ambulance remained at the scene until about 4pm but the police did not close the road.
