Delays: Police completely close bypass due to 'incident'
POLICE have closed a major Hampshire road due to an ongoing 'incident'.
The Totton Western Bypass has been closed in both directions by officers and delays are building in the area.
The road has been closed due to an ongoing incident and the area is becoming congested.
