POLICE are hunting for witnesses to a three-vehicle crash on the M27.

The incident occurred around 2.30pm on Wednesday between Junction 2 (Ower) and Junction 1 (Cadnam).

It is believed that a Mercedes skidded on the wet road and collided with a Volvo which the driver was attempting to overtake.

The drivers of all three vehicles received minor injuries.

Police have conducted initial lines of enquiry into the exact circumstances, and are now turning to the public for help.
