A TOTTON driver caught under he influence of alcohol has been banned from the roads.
Ryan Thomas Fisher was caught drink driving on Terminus Terrace, Southampton, on October 17.
The 20-year-old was found to have 86 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, exceeding the legal limit of 35 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath.
Appearing at Southampton Magistrates' Court, he pleaded guilty to drink driving.
Fisher, of Oleander Drive, Totton, was disqualified from driving from 20 months and fined £323.
He was also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £85.
