PLANNING chiefs have rejected the latest application to upgrade a bungalow in the New Forest.
A proposal relating to a property at Berryfield Road in Hordle included plans to replace the roof and install dormer windows.
A similar application was granted planning permission earlier this year.
A report to members of New Forest District Council said: "The dormers are larger than those previously approved, especially the dormer to the side roofscape.
"The dormer is considered to represent a poor form of design which would dominate the roofscape and be harmful to the appearance of the dwelling.
