ANOTHER four animals have been involved in accidents on New Forest roads.
The most serious collision occurred on the Emery Down to Pikes Hill road and resulted in a bay filly having to be humanely destroyed by one of the agisters.
Two days later the same agister, Andrew Napthine, was called out to an injured pig on the B3078 at Roundhill.
One of the other animal accidents involved a heifer that was injured in a collision at Burley Road, Durhill.
Three days later a black and white pig was involved in an accident on the B3058 at Wootton, near New Milton, but was not injured.
