Crews have been called to grass fires at Blackfield and Fordingbridge.
FIREFIGHTERS are tackling a grass fire on the edge of the New Forest.
The blaze has broken out in an area known as Fields Heath, near Blackfield.
Crews from two fire stations - Beaulieu and Hardley - have been sent to the scene.
Hampshire Fire and Rescue Service described it as a small fire in the open involving 30m x 30m of gorse.
The alarm was raised just before 3.30pm.
Meanwhile firefighters are also tackling a grass fire in a field off the A338 near Fordingbridge.
