A LARGE number of fire crews are currently dealing with a blaze at a residential tower block in Southampton.
Hampshire Fire and Rescue Service has been called to a kitchen fire in a flat at Canberra Towers in Kingsclere Avenue, Weston.
A spokesperson for fire control said a large amount of appliances are in attendance.
Residents are being urged to keep access roads to the scene free.

A Hampshire Fire and Rescue Service spokeswoman said: "Fire crews were mobilised at 3.22pm to Canberra Towers.
"Stations included are Redbridge, St Mary’s, Hightown, Hamble and Eastleigh.
"There is a suspected kitchen fire in one of the flats."
