A MAN used homophobic slurs and threatened to "spread coronavirus" towards two Southampton police officers after he broke a window.
Adam Michael Bray, 32, damaged a window in Pennywell Gardens in New Milton on April 4.
On April 12, at Southampton Central Police Station on Southern Road he used homophobic words and threatened to spread coronavirus to two officers who were carrying out their duties.
Appearing at Southampton Magistrates' Court, he pleaded guilty to one count of criminal damage and two counts of causing harassment using threatening and abusive language and behaviour.
Bray, of Barton Court Road, New Milton, was committed to prison for 26 weeks suspended for two years and was banned from entering Pennywell Gardens for 12 months.
He was also ordered to pay £122 victim surcharge and £85 court costs as well as £200 compensation.
