The following cases were heard by Southampton Magistrates’ Court.

Philip James Rosher, 32, of Wavell Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to stealing a TV worth £110 from Cash Converters in Bitterne, two packs of wine worth £30.50 and a box of wine worth £15.25 from Tesco in West End Road, and alcohol worth £56.55 from One Stop in Southampton. Jailed for four weeks and ordered to pay a £115 victim surcharge.

Shaun James Pannell, 35, of HMP Bullingdon. Pleaded guilty to carrying out an assault and damaging a mirror in Southampton, using threatening or abusive behaviour and damaging a cell at Southampton Central Police Station, and using threatening or abusive behaviour towards a police officer. Sentenced to four months in prison, concurrent to his present sentence, fined £200, ordered to pay a £115 victim surcharge and handed a restraining order.

Samuel Richard Channell, 27, of no fixed address. Pleaded guilty to stealing two outdoor wall lights worth £120 and a Lumie Bodyclock Glo light worth £74.95 from John Lewis in Southampton, and possession of a lock knife and a locking Stanley knife in a public place. Jailed for four months and ordered to pay a £115 victim surcharge.

Ian Patrick Randall, 45, of Derby Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to stealing an outdoor wall light with £50 and a ladies Barbour jacket from John Lewis in Southampton, and breaching a restraining order by entering John Lewis in Westquay Southampton. Jailed for three months and ordered to pay a £115 victim surcharge.

Billy Ian Ridourt, 22, of Canford Close, Millbrook, Southampton. Pleaded guilty taking a moped without consent. Given a community order and ordered to pay £300 in compensation.

Ryan Ashley Zabrocki, 21, of Studland Close, Southampton. Pleaded guilty taking a moped without consent. Given a community order and ordered to pay £300 in compensation.

Jason John Jenner, 26, of Readon Close, Petersfield. Pleaded guilty to drug-driving in Romsey. Banned from driving for 18 months, fined £500, and ordered to pay £85 costs and a £50 victim surcharge.

Sean Michael Travers, 31, of Spring Road, Sholing, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to drink-driving, driving without insurance and driving without a licence. Banned from driving for 24 months, fined £1,200, and ordered to pay £85 costs and an £85 victim surcharge.

Christopher Patrick Weston, 26, of Belmont Road, Leatherhead, Surrey. Pleaded guilty to drink-driving on the M3 at Winchester. Banned from driving for 18 months, fined £850, and ordered to pay £85 costs and an £85 victim surcharge.

Ryan Bridgen, 35, Kingfisher Way, Ringwood. Failing to report an accident and failing to stop at the scene of an accident. Fined £800, ordered to pay £85 costs and a £40 victim surcharge and eight penalty points on driving licence.

William Lee Culross, 53, of Gort Crescent, Sholing, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to using threatening or abusive behaviour. Sentenced to six-month conditional discharge, and ordered to pay £85 costs and a £20 victim surcharge.

Kerry Paula Carrington, 45, of Terminus Terrace, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to breaching a closure notice. Given six-month conditional discharge, and ordered to pay £20 costs and a £20 victim surcharge.
