FIREFIGHTERS rushed to the scene of a house fire.

The blaze occurred at a one-floor domestic dwelling in Badminston Drove, Fawley.

Hampshire Fire and Rescue received the call at 3.16pm yesterday, and crews form Hardley, Romsey, Totton and Hightown attended.

Firefireghters from Christchurch and Poole were also recruited to support as other crews from across Hampshire were called in to help with the huge Ocado warehouse fire at Andover.

The fire also affected two outbuildings on the property.

A Hampshire Fire and Rescue spokesperson said: "We received the call to a domestic dwelling fire at 3.16pm.

"Two main jets and two hose reel jets were used.

"There was no-one inside the building, and no-one has been hurt that we have a record of."
