POLICE investigating two daytime burglaries in Hampshire have released a lengthy list of items, including a luxury watch and a 50inch LED TV, which were stolen from the properties.

Officers say cash, electrical goods and jewellery were stolen from the homes in Barton-on-Sea.

Police say one piece of jewellery was a locket, said to be over 50 years old, which had teeth marks from the owner’s grandchildren, who bit it while teething.

Both burglaries, one on Chestnut Avenue and the other at a home on Fairfield, are believed to have taken place between 8.30am and 4pm on Tuesday, January 15.

On both occasions, entry was gained via the rear kitchen and lounge windows.

A black Ford KA was also seen in the area at the time of the burglaries.

The items include:

• A gold heart-shaped locket on medium length chain

• Sony 50 inch LED TV

• Sony DSCW800 Digital Compact Camera

• Man’s Omega watch Chronometer Constellation with stainless steel strap in box

• M&S Man’s watch, brown leather strap and blue face

• White gold necklace with heart shaped pendant with diamonds, gold diamond set scroll stud earrings, gold stud earrings, gold necklace with garnet stones, gold wedding band, gold engagement ring with diamonds

• DKNY perfume spray 50ml

• Elemis Exotic Blooms set (x2)

• Bracelet with green and diamond colour stones in box
