PLANS to enlarge a house in a Hampshire village have been rejected for a second time.
A couple lodged an appeal after their application to extend a property at Shearsbrook Close in Bransgore was turned down by New Forest District Council in August last year.
But a government-appointed planning inspector has upheld the council's decision and dismissed the appeal.
