SIMS Patrick In loving memory of a dear Husband, Dad and Grandad who passed away 14 years ago. Time may heal my heart but a piece of me is missing since the day we had to part. We treasure all the happy memories when we were all together we love and miss you so much my darling. Forever in our hearts and thoughts, until we meet again God bless.
