IT'S OUT with the wellies and in with the neon flamingos as Eklectica Festival announces it’s hosting a tropical rave theme for Saturday festivalgoers.

Eklectica Festival, which will light up Isle of Wight’s Robin Hill Country Park from 7-9 September, is encouraging everyone to dig out their brightest clothing, get creative with neon paint and experiment with colour this year.

As darkness falls over Eklectica, that’s when the theme will really come alive, as glowing crowds of colour will guide the way to the Neon Jungle…

Situated in the hedonistic area of Eklectica, the Neon Jungle is where everyone can embrace the tropical rave vibe. The Disco Shed will be open all hours playing the best party anthems as well as top DJ sets and the African marquee adopts the neon theme too. Decorated with colourful UV paint, the marquee is where people can go to glow themselves up, enjoy the Neon Jungle cocktail bar and rave until the sun rises again.

To mark the reveal of this year’s tropical neon theme, Eklectica are also taking to social media to give away a pair of FREE tickets to the festival, as well as a UV paint make-over and all the accessories festivalgoers will need to rave from day to night! Stay tuned on Facebook for more information.

The tropical theme will be an electric way to start the Saturday and get everyone in the festival spirit as the likes of Scouting for Girls, the Noisettes and the Hoosiers hit up the main stage.

Rob Holgate, Event Director for Eklectica, said: “We really wanted to come back with a bang this year and deliver a weekend that people will remember forever. And, people always remember a theme! Robin Hill Country Park is a magical place, day and night, but when contrasted with glowing festivalgoers and great music, it really comes into its own.”

A festival that encourages people to step out of their comfort zone, explore new music and immerse themselves in festival culture, Eklectica is back, and ready to rave!

Set sail for this not-to-be-missed festival, tickets for Eklectica are available from £25 and include day, weekend and weekend camping tickets. With easy access from Southampton and Portsmouth, those that book their tickets through the Eklectica website can now claim 25% discounted ferry travel with Red Funnel ferries and 20% discounted ferry travel with Wightlink ferries!
