Although it looks very different these days, there's one vital clue.
The image, taken in 1988, shows somewhere near the centre of Southampton.
So where was it taken exactly?
It's Northam Road! Well done if you guessed correctly.
The pub is instantly recognisable to anyone that knows it, although it is now the King Alfred and not the Queen Vic as it was in the old picture.
