CHALK John Henry (late of Chandler's Ford) Passed away at the Royal Hampshire County Hospital on Monday 16th November 2020, aged 86 years. A beloved Husband to his late Wife Jean, much loved Father to Nick and Mandy. Devoted Grandad to Ben, Abi, Portia and Shantell and Great Grandad to Harrison. Due to the current covid restrictions, a private family only service will be held at Southampton Crematorium on Monday 7th December.
