FOREIGN secretary David Miliband held a recession summit for Hampshire business leaders yesterday.
He dropped in to IBM’s Hursley complex near Winchester and held discussions with representatives from five multinational companies .
Mr Miliband said: “They are determined to make sure this region continues to be a world leader when it comes to some of the most innovative technologies of the future.”
Mr Miliband also enjoyed a whistle-stop tour around IBM’s innovation centre.
