Cruise line Cunard is launching a new rewards system for travel agents - which could see them earn a luxury voyage on board one of their new ships.

The programme, which began at 9am on Good Friday, March 29, and runs until midnight on April 2, invites agents to register and play all their customers' Cunard Fare bookings to accumulate double Shine points on each qualifying booking.

Cunard's Shine Rewards Club scheme gives UK travel agents the opportunity to earn Shine points for bookings they make and training they undergo.

Traditionally, every 2025 Cunard Fare booking assures an agent 100 Shine points. However, this Easter incentive allows them to rack up 200 Shine points per qualifying booking.

The Shine Rewards Club provides not only the latest news and updates from Cunard, including information on their new ship, Queen Anne, but is also a resource centre with training support, how-to guides, and frequently asked questions.

Recently, Cunard introduced a 'New to Cunard' section on the Shine Rewards Club to guide agents new to its brand or those wanting a refresher. The portal contains fare types, global destinations, sample menus, and the assortment of on-board entertainment.

More good news for agents is that Cunard has done away with its minimum number of Shine points needed to redeem for a voyage. Agents can now use any number of Shine points for any retail fare type on any Cunard journey that's on sale using the 'Cruise with Cunard' calculator.
