A business in the New Forest has been recognised for its 'world-class customer service' in VisitEngland's 2023 ROSE Awards.

Cosy Cottage in Lyndhurst was among the establishments included in the South East regional section of the awards.

The ROSE (Recognition Of Service Excellence) Awards highlight places that provide visitors with the warmest of welcomes.

They celebrate the establishments where the owners, management and employees, irrespective of their star rating, style or type of accommodation, provide outstanding experiences for their customers.

Cosy Cottage is a "self-catering Victorian cottage" which is just a short walk away from the village of Lyndhurst.

It can sleep four people and is made up of two ensuite bedrooms with a choice of super kingsize, kingsize or single beds.
