A FREE summer Sunday morning yoga session has been launched at Westquay.
Hotpod Yoga Southampton has teamed up with several brands with branches in the city to bring some of their sessions outdoors.
Participants will enjoy a free hour-long flow each Sunday at 9.30am until July 16, as well as goodie bags from Sweaty Betty. They feature a free class pass for new customers to Hotpod Yoga, a free Lush spa consultation and chocolates from Montezuma's.
Bring your own yoga mat, water and sun cream and just turn up for the sessions, organised by LedHouse.
The series launched last week next to the big screen with 21 experienced and beginners yogis taking part.
Hotpod Yoga is Europe’s largest yoga business. Since 2013, over 100,000 people have immersed themselves in a class at one of their 50 plus locations around the world, including in The Marlands. The England football team are among advocates.
