Love Island star Iain Stirling from Scotland has revealed his daily routine as the voice for the ITV2 dating show in a new video.

Posting to the short-form video app TikTok, Iain set out how he goes about his day, starting from him getting up to him exclaiming: "Tonight, on Love Island!"

Included in the comedian's itinerary was taking the train to his gym where he lifts weights with "Ninja Warrior" Tom Low.

Speaking of his workout with Tom, Iain said: "He's a very nice man, what he does is make me pick up heavy things and put them down again. Pointless ultimately."

Before recording the programme, he showed off a second monitor with Fifa on screen, explaining: "Here's a second monitor I have for playing FIFA for when I get bored of Love Island... It doesn't happen that often."

To finish the TikTok video off, Iain Stirling showed his desk slowly rising to a standing position before shouting his famous catchphrase: "Tonight, on Love Island!"
