CIVIC leaders are set to approve the use of £1.25m to implement “smarter working” across the New Forest.
The project by New Forest District Council includes full implementation of Office 365 IT systems at a cost of £750,000 and various accommodation alterations.
Cabinet members are set to back the approach and approve the financial move at a meeting on Wednesday.
Council leader Barry Rickman said: “It is important we continue to develop and change into a fit-for purpose organisation for the future, and invest in suitable technology for our staff and customers alike.”
