A MAN has been charged following an alleged stabbing in an alleyway in Lymington.
It comes after a 52-year-old man was rushed to hospital after being wounded in the passageway between Kings Crescent and Samber Close.
The man is in a stable condition.
Police were called at around 10.10pm on Monday.
Officers have now charged Adam Martin, a 35-year-old man from Samber Close, Lymington, has been charged with wounding with intent and possession of a bladed article.
He was due to appear at Southampton Magistrates’ Court this morning.
