Homes across the New Forest and Fair Oak have been left without power this morning.
An energy cut saw 1,900 properties across the Forest without electricity at 9am this morning.
Just before midday, Scottish and Southern Energy said that 380 homes in the Forest still had no power, with the issues starting late last night as a result of the heavy wind and rain.
Weather warnings have also been issued over gale-force winds set to batter Hampshire today.
Gusts of up to 60mph could hit some coastal areas.
Thirty-two homes in Fair Oak had also been left without power when the cut first happened this morning. Three homes remain without electricity, which is set to return by 6pm.
A spokesperson for the energy company said: "We would like to apologise to our customers for any inconvenience caused and reassure them that we are doing everything we can to get the power back as quickly and safely as possible."
The cut in power saw almost 4,000 properties across the south affected earlier in the day, with 56 in Portsmouth, 84 in Poole and 1,600 homes in Oxfordshire also without power.
